Vinny was a true American gentleman. Family, friends and country first.
Met Vinny in 1983 at MAHAMS show. Massachusetts Association of housing authority maintenance supervisors. Vinny was the true heart ,soul and driving force of the Association. He was a politician at hart who loved to take care and provide for our senior citizens and families in need.
Vinny was the guy that could make things happen. He was a true asset to the field of public housing and assistance.

It was an honor to be associated with this man, you always felt special when you were in his company.

Thank you Vinny for your service to your country and fellow man.
