Condolence & Memory Journal

Hearing this just today, breaks my heart. Maureen, Kelly, and Katie always had a smile for you when you entered the lower level of Family Medical Center, going way back to when it was outside the Pediatric offices.
I worked 3-11 pm in the computer helpdesk and could always find a reason to go to the lobby to chat with them for a few moments.

My heart is with Kelly and Paul and the whole family,
Nancy Gill

Dear Paul and Family,
You may not remember me but we both worked at the Health Center in Wilmington many years ago. I have seen Maureen through the years while working for Winchester. I am still employed but work at the IPA office in Woburn. Maureen was a lovely, sweet woman. I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy to you, her children and grandchildren. I cannot even begin to imagine your sorrow at this time. May God bless Maureen and the family she leaves behind.
Sincerely,
Nina Galante

Maureen,

It has been six days since your passing and I still cannot believe that you are gone. This is an enormous loss for my family and for everyone that knew you.

I know that you loved your grandchildren and please know that my children thought the world of you. There wasn't a day that passed without Jack or Abby asking when it was going to be their "nana day" or "nana sleepover." I will never let them forget how much you did for your "Mr. Jack" and "Abby girl."

Maureen you were one of the most compassionate, selfless, and kindhearted people that I have ever known. I am saddened that I never found a way to say that I loved you or tell you how much you meant to me. You were a like a second mother to me and I am going to miss you for the rest of my life.

Rest in peace.

Your son in law,

Chris

Tim, I've visited this site every day since it was posted, and today, like every other day, I still struggle with what to say, so here goes. You were a very good friend to me when I lived on Parker Street, as was your whole family. I haven't seen any of you guys in a long time, this sure is not the way I wanted to re-connect. Maureen was a wonderful person and we'll all miss her, please accept my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family and to her family as well.

I will always remember Maureen with a smile. In the 25 years that I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Maureen through the Highland Healthcare IPA, she was always positive, kind, respectful, and appreciative. I can't even begin to imagine how much her family and friends will miss her. Maureen will be very much missed by her IPA colleagues. My deepest sympathies to Maureen's husband Paul, children, grandchildren and her Wilmington Pediatrics work family. We are all blessed to have known Maureen.

Pretty Mo grew up to be a beautiful lady, and talented, too. A crushing loss for her family and friends, and you are in my prayers. My brother informed me of her death and memories of the Sharkey household came flooding back. God keep you all through this in His love, until we all see her again.

Maureen may you RIP and know that you were loved. You touched the life of our son by being such a loving and caring "mom" to him as well as Kelly.
Know that you will be missed but not forgotten, and Jack and Abby will know what a great Nana you were to them. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
