Tribute & Message From The Family

Michael J. Milano of Wilmington passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at his home. He was 55 years of age.

Born on December 5, 1962 in Everett, Michael is the loving son of Elvira (DelGaizo) Milano and the late John Milano. Michael is a warm and caring son, brother, father, uncle and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Michael is the beloved father of Alyssa Milano and Devin Milano. He is the cherished brother of Debora Dawson and her husband Jack, John Milano and his fiancé Gayle Hart and Maria Dolan and her husband Kevin. Michael is the dear uncle of Kyle Dawson, Sam Dawson, Connor Dolan, Juliana Dolan and Christina Dolan.

There are no words in the world we could ever use to describe how amazing of a man you truly were. We couldn't even begin to thank you for everything you taught us in your short time and giving everything of yourself, you gave us the best years of our lives and we wouldn't trade it for the world. You always knew how to make people feel better and make us laugh even when we didn't want to. You gave us the courage and strength to feel as if we could do anything in the world, you had more patience then any of us knew existed and always believed in any dreams we had. You are an exceptional man, there's no one else in the world that could ever compare to you or that will ever be as good as you were and you were taken way to soon. You were the funniest, most kind hearted, most talented, most hardworking, most loving person we have ever met and we are so lucky to have spent all the time we got with you. You were without a doubt THE BEST person to be around, you gave us exceptional memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and we are so blessed to have been able to learn from the master himself. You definitely had the daredevil, extremely loud, crazy, funny, sarcastic personality that we all loved. On this day we wish nothing but to be spending it with you but we hope you are resting peacefully, we are so proud of you. And now we have the best guardian angel with us at all times. Thank you for raising two amazing children, and guiding many nieces and nephews. We couldn't of done it without you and we don't know how we'll be able to do it with out you but everything we do will always be for you. We love you with all our hearts xo.
Loved as always, your family.

Condolence & Memory Journal

I just learn of Michael's untimely death. Michael took care of our pool, and he was the definition of a "nice guy." He was honest and caring and always helped us out when we were in a pinch. We only knew him for a couple of years, and our only relationship with him was as a customer, but we feel blessed to have known him as much as we did. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences to the family for the loss.

To Michael's children and family, I am so truly sorry for your loss. I've been a customer of Michael's for the past few years. He was such an amazing person! Always smiling, always helpful and extremely kind and generous. I'm so stunned and saddened by his passing. I didn't know him very long, but I do remember several conversations we had. Anytime he spoke of his kids, his face lit up and his eyes sparkled. I didn't know much about his personal life but I knew he adored his children. He's your guardian angel and he'll forever watch over you.
