Laurie M. Hubbard, of Reading, passed away on Thursday June 20, 2019. She was 56 years of age.

Laurie was the beloved sister of Richard Hubbard, devoted Aunt of Thomas Hubbard, Trevor Hubbard, Katherine Hubbard and Travis Hubbard, and loving daughter of the late Lawrence Hubbard and Frances (Sullivan) Hubbard. Laurie was born and raised in Reading, MA and graduated from Reading High School in 1979. First, my condolences to Laurie's family. While I have no memory of Laurie, her late father and mother were my uncle and aunt ("Larry" and "Fran"). I had received a call yesterday, asking if I was managing Laurie's estate, hence the web search and this discovery.

Again,my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Laurie.

Steven Hubbard, Naples Maine. Son of the Late Herman and Margaret ("Sis") Hubbard of Auburn St in Reading.

I want to offer my condolences to Laurie's family. I consider myself to be very lucky to have had such a wonderful person like Laurie be a mentor to me. Our chats were always the highlight of my day. They were full of advice and guidance, but they were also full of stories from our lives and non-stop laughs. Laurie had a big impact on my career but also on my life as well. She will be deeply missed.

Dear Laurie's family,

I am SO very very sorry to hear of Laurie's passing. I truly appreciate the phone call from Brenda Barry with the sad news. I'd not have known.

We had so many wonderful memories in Los Angeles together, and the couple of times she visited me in Utah. Although it's been a while since we've seen each other, it is nice to connect on Facebook.

Laurie helped me through a very trying time in my life, and I will always love her for that and all of her other many wonderful qualities.

She will be missed. I miss her. May she RIP.

With love and remembrance,

Allycen Farnsworth

I just want to offer my deepest condolences to Laurie's family. I didn't know her too well, but when I did have the opportunity to work with her, she was always friendly, helpful, kind, and always a pleasure to work with. I hope all of your wonderful memories with Laurie will help you through this devastating time.

So sorry to hear this sad news. I went into Boston for one of my first Red Sox games ( without an adult!) with Laurie and had a blast! She was a fun person to be around when we were friends in High School. My sincere sympathies

i miss you dearly Laurie, If it hadn't been for Jordan and Lily and Jill and Jack, I never would have met you...You were family to them and to me.

I will miss everything about you- your love of family; adventure, politics, music, your Joie de Vivre, and your undying love for FREDDIE MERCURY.

There was so much more left in you to do and it isnt fair. Growing old all together would not have been a bad thing.
I hear the Sunday church bells. I imagine Angels ringing the bell and it is meant for you.

To Richie and his beautiful family...words can't describe the feeling of hearing of Laurie's passing. Years may have have passed between us but whenever we got together our stomachs would ache from laughter. Laurie was the warmest, classiest and funniest friend I've ever had. May your memories of Laurie help ease your heartache during this time❤❤❤
